God Bless America, God Bless New York City, and God Bless Broken Bikes. LOOK AT THIS. Coupe de Grace!! The seat, front forks and tire of a motorcycle. I felt like I hit the jackpot. God Bless America and its enterprising thieves who will do crazy things like steal just parts of a bike or motorcycle and leave the rest for scraps.

The great thing about my job is that I get out and see a lot of this fine city... and see countless broken bikes all over the city. What I want to know is how someone manages to steal tires within one block of the NYSE--one of the most heavily guarded areas of New York City.
